Kevin Lacasse, a managing member of CLD Asset Management, LLC, is primarily responsible for prepping the underlying real estate for sale, as well as overseeing all aspect of the funds activities.

Kevin Lacasse

·         Worked for Tri State Iron Works as a Welder/Fabricator in the field of building / erecting multiple-floor steel building structures.

·         Worked for Lewis & Saunders as an Engineer in the Aerospace industry.  Skills were honed in Fabrication, Management, and Procedure writing/creation.

·         8+ Years investing in Real Estate in the realm of Single Family, Multi Family and commercial properties.

·         Rehabbed several small residential properties including single Family and Multi Family Properties where the net profits were from 20% to 50% of the rehabbed properties value, all within 6 months and more predominantly closer to 3 months from purchase to sale. 

·         Formed D&L Homes By Design, LLC a start-up Home Builder Company specializing in custom spec houses as well as retail customers.  Acted as General Contractor for over a dozen projects from land clearing through to home completion.  Worked on land developments / subdivisions in VT & NH.

·         Approved Builder through 3 Modular Home companies; Apex Homes, Design Homes and Westchester Modular Homes. 

·         Set up as an approved builder through NH Rural Housing Development. 

·         Re-Development of several Commercial Multi Family property; bringing obsolete structures into compliance with Uniform building, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety codes.

·         Formed NE Family Housing Mgt. Org., LLC specializing in Purchase and management turn-around of several multi-family properties including evictions, new leases, rent increases, tenants, book keeping with Quick Books.

Richard Dale-Mesaros

Seven years of sales and marketing in the United Kingdom, followed by 12 years experience in property management and real estate investment throughout Northern New Hampshire.

Education

1985 – Graduated from English high school, then elected to forego University and spend two seasons ski racing all over Europe with the England Ski Team.

Education to date has been a spirited quest for knowledge through attending countless business/real estate seminars, devouring books and frequent sit-down conversations with very successful individuals.

Professional Experience

·         1985 – 1988 Raced for England Ski Team and taught skiing in Andorra and Vermont.  Managed a ski shop in the off-season, imported a line of ski sweaters from France.

·         1988 – 1992 Smuggled Goods Ltd.  Owner of company selling high-end mountain bike equipment to the top 250 bike shops in the United Kingdom.  Negotiated the exclusive rights to the UK for distribution of all products sold.  Extensive involvement with top athletes, national events.  Placed 4^th in the Flying Start Business Competition on TV for young and emerging businesses.

·         1992 – 1996  Winterbrook Management Company.  Turned around an existing property management company in a development of over 500 dwellings.  Increased sales by 350% over the 4- year period.

·         1996 – 1999   Keeping Up Appearances.  Owned and operated a successful business as a painting contractor, while making initial investments in real estate.

·         1998 – Present.  Breakthrough Property Holdings.  Full time real estate investor using numerous, creative techniques to acquire and sell single family, multi-family, land, commercial real estate and condos, both wholesale and retail, throughout Northern New Hampshire.  40 + transactions completed to date.  Established a large network of contractors, other investors, private and institutional lenders, realtors and other key professionals.  Helping credit-challenged buyers get into home-ownership through Rent-To-Own and financing assistance programs.
